What does "all-inclusive ground" mean exactly?
It covers everything on the ground: hotel nights per your selected tier, the meals listed in the day-by-day (B=Breakfast, Br=Brunch, L=Lunch, D=Dinner), all tours + sightseeing entrance fees, all transfers (private + SIC mix per day), A/C vehicles, English-speaking guides, and water on tour days. NOT included: international flights, internal domestic flights, the e-visa, travel insurance, alcoholic drinks, personal expenses, and tips for SIC guides + drivers.
How does group-size pricing work?
Prices are per person and drop as the group grows (shared vehicle + guide economics). Brackets are 1 / 2-3 / 4-5 / 6(-7) / 8 pax. The 1-pax rate already includes the single supplement; a solo traveler inside a 2+ group who wants their own room pays the Single supplement shown per tier per season.
Why are flights excluded?
Per Vietnamese tour-operator standard, internal and international flights are excluded so you keep date flexibility and book the fares that fit your schedule. Hằng will tell you exactly which internal flights the shape needs and the typical price.
How is pricing for children?
Industry standard: kids 0-5 sharing a parent's room are free, kids 6-11 sharing pay ~50% of the adult rate, kids 12+ pay the full adult rate. Maximum 1 child sharing per double room; a twin with an extra bed for 2 kids adds a small per-night charge. Hằng quotes families exactly.
What is the visa situation?
Cambodia e-visa is $30 USD via the official site evisa.gov.kh (3 business days); Angkor passes are included in your tour where listed. ATL DMC does not handle visas (we redirect to official channels per our code-of-conduct).
What's the cancellation policy?
Standard ladder: ≥45 days before travel = full refund (less 5% processing) · 22-44 days = 30% fee · 8-21 days = 50% fee · 0-7 days or no-show = 100%. Halong cruise typhoon cancellation is handled separately (100% refund of the cruise portion or reschedule). We recommend travel insurance.
Can I customise the shape or change the city order?
