The 7 questions agents ask before submitting an application. Mike answers each one directly — same DOM content emits as FAQPage structured data so Google can surface answers in SGE / AI Overviews.

Is there a minimum volume to become a partner?
No minimum. We work with first-time agencies sending 5 travellers a year and we work with major operators sending 1,000+. The 12-25% commission is tiered — small partners get 12-18%, partners exceeding $100k/yr volume get 20-25%. There's no rejection based on size. We've onboarded sole-trader agents who became 200-traveller-a-year accounts within 24 months.
What are your payment terms?
NET 30/70 standard — 30% deposit on confirmation, 70% balance 21 days before departure. NET 30 terms available for established partners with >$30k/yr volume and 12+ months partnership history. Bank-wire (EUR/USD/GBP/SGD) preferred; we also accept Wise + Stripe for partners under $5k/booking.
Do you require exclusivity in our market?
No. We don't require exclusivity and we don't offer market exclusivity. You earn volume tier by performance and service — territorial lock-ins create perverse incentives. Most of our top 10 partners in major source markets (UK · DE · US · AU · SG) operate alongside one or two of our other partners in the same country without conflict.
Do we need IATA / ABTA / TIDS or other industry credentials?
No, we don't require any industry-association membership. We accept IATA, ABTA, TIDS, CLIA credentials for billing simplification, but they're optional. We are licensed and regulated by the Vietnamese government (License #79-2010) — that's the relevant credential on our side. Some of our top partners are agencies with no association membership; quality of service is the real metric.
Can we fully white-label your service?
Yes. Your brand on every customer-facing voucher, itinerary, day-by-day program PDF, welcome kit, in-trip materials. ATL DMC is invisible to your end client unless you want introductions. Flat $200/month service fee for partners with >50 travellers/year (covers voucher template design, brand-asset hosting, custom email-domain setup). Free under 50 travellers/year.
What's your differentiator vs Buffalo Trails or Diethelm Travel?
We're smaller scale — which means faster customisation, sharper $1,500-3,500/pax mid-tier pricing, and direct founder access. The large pan-Asia DMCs (Buffalo Trails · Diethelm · EXO · Asian Trails) are excellent at $5k+/pax luxury and at 500+ pax MICE. We don't compete with them there. We compete at the mid-tier — multi-week multi-country trips for parties of 2-50 where customisation depth + response speed matter more than corporate scale.
