Terms of Service

Asia Travel Links DMC ("ATL", "we", "us") is a Destination Management Company registered in Hanoi, Vietnam (tax code [TAX_CODE], business licence [BIZ_LICENCE]). Our registered office is [REGISTERED_ADDRESS]. We operate the website asiatravellinksdmc.com and any sub-domain we control.

You must be at least 18 years old to enter into a service agreement with us. Minors travelling with us must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the trip.

This site is a quote-and-booking platform for inbound travel to Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand, Laos and Myanmar. Most products on the site (tours, hotels, cruises, transfers, visa) are quote-on-request — the price you see is indicative, the final price is confirmed in writing within one hour of your request. Some products (e.g. day-trip tickets on /tickets) are instant-book — see Payment Terms for those.

You agree NOT to: (a) scrape or harvest content for commercial use without our written consent; (b) submit false quote requests as a competitor for market intelligence; (c) impersonate another person; (d) introduce viruses, malware, or trojan horses to our systems; (e) deep-link to our images from your domain without attribution.

All text, photographs, itineraries, design assets, and pricing models on this site are © Asia Travel Links DMC unless otherwise credited. You may share individual pages on social media. You may NOT republish itineraries or descriptions on your own site without written permission. Editorial content authored by the ATL editorial team is protected — see Travel Guide.

Some pages embed third-party content: Google Maps embeds, TripAdvisor review widgets, hotel partner photos. We do not control these and are not liable for their accuracy. We do verify hotel partner content quarterly.

You do not need to create an account to request a quote or book. We do save your email and quote history for 36 months (see Privacy Policy) for repeat-customer service.

Once you confirm a quote and pay a deposit, your purchase is governed by Booking Terms (separate page) which take precedence over generic clauses here for any conflict.

Travel involves inherent risk — wildlife, weather, traffic, motorsport activities, water activities. We carry full operator liability insurance ([INSURER_NAME] policy [POLICY_NUMBER]) but you should also carry trip insurance. We do not guarantee continuous site availability — we aim for 99.5% uptime but do not owe damages for downtime.

To the maximum extent allowed by Vietnamese law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of this site (excluding paid trip claims, which are governed by Booking Terms) is limited to USD 100.

Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of this site shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC) under its rules, seated in Hanoi, in English. Vietnamese law applies. You may, however, file small-value claims (under USD 500) in your local court — we will not object to jurisdiction.

Neither party is liable for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control (typhoon, earthquake, public health emergency, war, government-ordered travel ban). See Booking Terms §7 for trip-specific force majeure handling.

We may revise these terms. We will post the revised version with a new "Last updated" date and notify subscribers via email at least 30 days before material changes take effect.
