How far in advance should we book?
For peak season (Oct-Mar in Vietnam) we recommend 60-90 days lead time. Shoulder season tours often confirm in 2-3 weeks.
Can we change the itinerary after booking?
Yes β until 14 days before departure for hotel and route changes, 48 hours for daily activity swaps. On-the-day flex via local offices.
Is the price all-inclusive?
Quote includes private guide, driver, vehicle, all listed hotels, listed meals, entrance fees and English-speaking support. International flights, visas and personal expenses are separate.
Are tours suitable for families with young children?
Yes β we design family tours with shorter driving days, kid-friendly hotels and pace adjusted by your children's ages.
What if our flight changes or weather disrupts the route?
Our local offices in Hanoi, Siem Reap, Bangkok and Vientiane handle live re-routing. You always have a Vietnamese WhatsApp number for the duration of the tour.
Do you cover multiple countries on one tour?
Yes β multi-country Indochina journeys are a specialty. Cross-border logistics, visa coordination and ground transfers handled by our team.
What's the difference between a tour and a package?
Tours are custom-designed for your dates and group. Packages start from a published template you can still adjust β best for travellers who want speed and price clarity.
