How are the 200+ hotels selected?
Every property has been physically visited by our team · most multiple times in different seasons. We don't accept paid placements. The list rotates · properties drop off if guest feedback or maintenance standards slip. We add 3-9 new properties per month from owner referrals and ground-team scouting.
Can I book directly through ATL DMC, or do I still go via Booking.com?
Direct via ATL DMC. Once you fill the 6-question form, we send you 3 picks · you say yes to one, we confirm the booking with the operator, you pay us (card / bank transfer / payment-on-arrival depending on property). No Booking.com intermediate · no double-booking risk.
What's included in the room rate?
Standard inclusions vary by property · we always tell you up-front. Most include: room · breakfast (50% of 4★+) · WiFi · airport transfer (luxury / boutique often). Not standard: spa · drinks · gratuities · "destination fee" or "resort fee" (we negotiate these waived where possible).
Are you really cheaper than Booking.com?
For the same room same dates · yes typically 10-18% cheaper net (operator rate + our designer fee < OTA rate + their commission markup). For occasional flash sales on Booking.com · they can be cheaper for one night, but we re-book free and they don't · so net trip cost we win on flexibility.
What if I want a hotel not on your list?
We can usually book it · we have agent agreements with most major hotel groups. If it's a small boutique we don't know, we'll do a site-visit-by-phone-call (calls to local team) and tell you what we learn before you commit. Total: most "off-list" requests we still book within 24h.
Can you book luxury private villas, not just hotels?
Yes · we have agreements with private villa operators in Hoi An, Phuket, Koh Samui, Siem Reap. Tell us "private villa" in the special requests and we send villa options instead of hotel-room ones. Typical 4-bedroom villa: $400-800/night · sleeps 8 · private pool · cook included.
