What if my flight is delayed?
Flight tracking is included free of charge. Driver waits up to 60 minutes past your scheduled arrival at no extra charge. Beyond 60 min, $5/15 min added to invoice. If flight diverts to a different airport, WhatsApp Mike for real-time re-routing.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup. 24-12 hrs before pickup: 50% charge. <12 hrs: 100% charge. Date/time changes are free anytime if vehicle availability permits.
What is the luggage limit per passenger?
Sedan: 3 large bags total (2-4 pax) · SUV: 5 large bags (5-7 pax) · Van: 12 large bags (8-15 pax) · Coach: 28+ large bags (16-30 pax). Extra luggage: surcharge or upgrade to next vehicle tier (free if no booking conflict).
Are child car seats available?
Yes — free of charge on SUV/Van/Coach (request in "special requests"). Sedan has space limits · request at booking · we confirm 24h ahead. Booster seats for 4-8 yr also free on request.
Where will the driver meet me?

How do I pay?
