Why pre-book a transfer instead of just using Grab on arrival?
Three reasons. (1) Flight tracking · plane delayed = driver knows · 2 hr free wait. Grab doesn't do this; you're on a curb negotiating for a fresh driver. (2) Name sign at arrivals · skip the arrival-hall taxi scramble. (3) Fixed all-in price · no surge multiplier, no "airport pickup fee" markup. Grab surges 2-3× on rainy nights and during Tet. We don't.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
The driver tracks your inbound flight number (you give it to us at booking · we pull live ETA from FlightAware). 2 hr free wait window built in. If your flight is delayed beyond 2 hours, we re-dispatch a fresh driver at no additional charge — you just message dispatch on WhatsApp. If the flight is cancelled outright, full refund.
What's included in the all-in price?

Can I book a return transfer in the same booking?
Yes · book outbound + return together and we lock the same driver for both legs (most travellers prefer the continuity — same English level, same driving style, knows your luggage already). Same-driver-both-ways is the default. Return trips that are 4+ days apart can be a different driver depending on dispatch.
What's the cancellation policy?
48 hours before pickup · full refund · no questions asked. 24-48 hours · 50% refund (we may have turned down other bookings for that driver). Under 24 hours · no refund unless we can re-fill the slot (we try). Flight cancelled = full refund regardless of timing. WhatsApp dispatch the moment you know · we're flexible.

How do I pay? Card or cash?
Most travellers pay 50% deposit via card at booking + 50% to the driver in cash on pickup (USD or VND, both accepted). Card-only available for full amount if you prefer (3% surcharge on the cash portion). Corporate accounts: monthly invoice in USD or VND. WhatsApp dispatch for any payment question.
